The concept grew out of Tim’s time at Yellow Restaurant in Potts Point, where he became intrigued by the idea of a non-alcoholic pairing that could mirror a traditional wine pairing. The drinks Tim designed deliver dynamic flavours and reflect characteristics of specific wine varieties. Most importantly, they harmonise with fine cuisine.

Driven by an obsession to develop complexity rarely found in non-alcoholic options, Bynomeans uses premium ingredients to carefully balance aroma, texture, fruit character, acidity, and salinity to create an elevated experience at the table.
